XL wanted to centralize their various services on a single platform, offering seamless experience for their customers.
As a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia, XL Axiata offers a wide range of services, catering to diverse customer needs. With the aim of providing a seamless user experience, XL sought to centralize its platforms and give the xl.co.id website a major overhaul. This would not only update the customer-side experience but also enhance the company-side ecosystem.
XL Axiata aimed to develop a unified, sustainable ecosystem for their services by centralizing them on the xl.co.id platform.
The challenge involved revamping the website to accommodate the changes and updating the overall experience across customer and company-side platforms. Also, we needed to create tailored user experiences for each target market across the XL Prioritas, XL Satu, and XL Center product offerings.
For the main platform, xl.co.id, the focus was on serving family users encompassing a diverse demographic with varying needs.
We implemented a comprehensive strategy, including decluttering the navigation and content, and creating a concise and structured product catalog to meet the distinct needs of each demographic.
This transformation enhances XL Axiata’s digital presence and
seamlessly integrates telecommunications services on a single platform.
