The Indonesian B2C market beckoned like a treasure trove for Tokio Marine.
Tokio Marine, a global insurance giant rooted in Japan, was poised to tap into Indonesia’s dynamic and diverse market. With its sights set on Indonesia’s B2C sector, the company aimed to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and a seamless digital experience.
With this vision in mind, they turned to us for assistance in revamping their website, making insurance-related information more accessible and transactions seamless.
We undertook the task of overhauling their existing experiences, addressing pain points, and enhancing the overall UI/UX to create a more user-friendly and effective platform.
Breaking down insurance for Indonesian youth to grasp easily.
Faced with the clear challenge of engaging the vibrant Indonesian youth, the future of insurance consumers, Tokio Marine embarked on crafting a website tailored to the younger generation. This not only aimed at resonating with the target audience but also involved the imperative task of simplifying insurance comprehension and streamlining transactions.
As an additional facet, the project extended to include a new target audience—specifically, the youth—for simplifying insurance education. This endeavor intensified the challenge of cultural adaptation, requiring an in-depth understanding of local customs and traditions to ensure the website felt both familiar and trustworthy to the Indonesian audience.
Innovation and empathy as the core of the website.
The revamped website was envisioned as a digital oasis — a place where insurance was not a daunting concept but trusted companion. The core of strategy was to make insurance accessible, flexible, and engaging.
Bright colors, illustrations, and 3D animations were brought into play, transforming a once mundane website into a visual delight. This new aesthetic was designed to captivate the youth audience, making Tokio Marine a symbol of modernity.
