Siloam Hospitals has always been known for top-quality healthcare and patient-first service. But their website wasn’t keeping up. It was outdated, hard to use, and didn’t reflect the hospital’s reputation. Users found it difficult to access healthcare information, understand available services, and navigate the digital platform.
The goal of the redesign was clear: create a website that truly represents Siloam’s clinical excellence while making healthcare information and services more accessible.

A dedicated knowledge hub now provides expert-reviewed content to help patients make informed health decisions. Service descriptions were rewritten in clear, concise, and easy to understand. Doctor profiles got a makeover, too,
with detailed credentials and specializations, helping patients find the right fit for their needs.
We also tackled usability head-on. Appointment scheduling is now quick and painless, while new online consultation options mean patients can connect with doctors from anywhere. By bridging digital convenience with real-word care, we created experience that feels effortless.
