Rambla harmonized the ease of online shopping with in-store engagement within a single mobile app.
Rambla, a fresh addition to the Summarecon group’s portfolio, offers a diverse range of products to its customers. Amid the pandemic, as online shopping gained popularity for its convenience, Rambla acknowledge its appeal. Yet, they also saw the merits of in-store shopping, like hands-on product assessment. To merge this, Rambla developed the Rambla Mobile App – uniting online ease with in-store advantages. This innovation creates a bridge between digital convenience and in-store experiences.
The concept of online-to-offline (O2O) integration served as the cornerstone of its approach.
Adapting to the surge in online shopping prompted by the pandemic, Rambla developed
a mobile app to seamlessly merge digital and in-store experiences. Drawing inspiration from apps like Target’s, they designed it with user-centricity in mind, fusing visual appeal and functionality. The result: a cohesive shopping journey that effortlessly combines online convenience with the joy of in-store exploration.
The app offers customers the freedom to choose their preferred shopping experience.
With Rambla mobile app, customer can choose to go shop online, offline, or both. They can either visit the physical store for an in-person shopping experience or opt for the convenience of shopping from the comfort of their homes and have the products delivered. Additionally, customers can select option of picking up their online purchases at the Rambla store.
