PIK Experience, an innovative app developed for Amantara within the renowned Agung Sedayu Group, is strategically designed to elevate user engagement in the vibrant Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area. Recognizing the diverse offerings of over 100 outlets, Amantara identified the crucial need for a user-friendly app. We collaborated with Member ID to create an intuitive platform that integrates well into users’ daily lives, providing a convenient way to explore, engage, and earn rewards.
The app, boasting a minimalist design with a playful and vibrant feel, entices users to explore curated destinations, access exciting promotions, and earn exclusive privileges and points for purchase rewards.

The design challenges encompassed creating organic watercolor patterns and monoline stroke illustration that reflected a unique mood style, maintaining coherence in design despite the diverse vibes in each PIK location, and incorporating an organic design style while ensuring overall cohesion.
Our clear vision for the APIK Experience is to offer captivating content that is both interactive and visually appealing.
We addressed these challenges by closely aligning with Amantara’s brand guidelines. This alignment ensured that the app resonated with the overarching brand identity, maintaining consistency and familiarity. Creative illustration strategies were employed to translate monoline stroke illustration into a visually appealing yet minimalist design language that was developed to seamlessly integrate diverse vibes, allowing users to transition between different sections without feeling disjointed. The implementation of the dynamic banner system facilitated the integration of thematic banners, designed to enhance rather than disrupt the user experience.
