Background

Establishing a digital home for an activation agency's growing body of work

Jump Around is a marketing activation agency and part of the Future Creative Network, running on-ground campaigns for various brands. Across those campaigns, the agency had built a substantial body of work, but none of it lived anywhere a prospective client could find it.

Jump Around partnered with us to build that digital home. The goal was a website that presents the portfolio as a credible, browsable body of work, and that the team could keep current on their own as each new campaign wrapped.

Challenge

Presenting the scale of on-ground work while keeping the portfolio current.

Without an official website, prospective clients had no easy way to browse past campaigns, understand the agency’s scope of services, or verify its track record before entering the pitching stage.

At the same time, the portfolio needed to grow alongside the agency. Every new campaign meant more case study to highlight, so the team needed a way to keep the portfolio current independently while maintaining a fast, visual-rich experience.

User Experience Design

Making a diverse body of work easy to navigate.

The portfolio is organised into five categories, covering Entertainment & Lifestyle, Product Launch and Corporate Business Event, Marketing & Brand Activation, Community & Event, and Internal or HR Event. A prospect planning a product launch can filter directly to product launches, which turns the portfolio from a chronological archive into a way of answering a specific question about capability.

Each entry carries the campaign name, year, and category, so the range of work reads clearly at a glance. Visitors can switch between a grid view for scanning atmosphere across many campaigns and a list view for locating a particular client or category. The site stays at four pages, keeping navigation out of the way of the work, with campaigns loading in batches, so the gallery remains light as the portfolio grows.

User Interface Design

Opening with the atmosphere of a live activation.

The homepage opens on a visual hook rather than a statement, leading with the crowd, colour, and movement of an actual activation. What Jump Around sells is the creativity of on-ground execution, so the first impression is designed to convey the feeling of being at one of these events before any claim about them is made.

Photography and video sit as the primary content throughout, with scroll pacing that gives each campaign room to register. The 360 activation booth built for Indofood Synchronize Fest is presented through a rotating gallery, letting the format itself carry how the installation worked in the space.

Frontend & CMS Development

Keeping heavy galleries fast and handing portfolio control to the team.

The design was implemented as a responsive, lightweight website, with the portfolio galleries kept fast and smooth across devices despite the amount of visual content. Beyond the frontend implementation, deployment and domain configuration were handled to ensure the website was ready for a reliable launch.

At the centre of the content workflow is a custom CMS that gives the Jump Around team direct control over its portfolio. They can add, edit, or remove case studies independently. The result is an easy-to-use CMS that makes day-to-day portfolio management simpler.
