Eatlah, a beloved Indonesian F&B brand, has captivated customers with its unique and delicious rice boxes. With a growing customer base, Eatlah aimed to strengthen its relationship with customers and enhance retention. To do this, they recognized the need for a more modern and engaging loyalty program.
Eatlah Club, turning the digital stamps into customer rewards.
Eatlah collaborated with us to create the Eatlah Club, a web-based loyalty program designed to modernize and enhance the customer experience. The new system features a digital stamp-collection process, allowing customers to earn stamps for every purchase made at Eatlah’s offline stores. This digital transition retained the charm of the manual system while offering added convenience.

The Eatlah Club was meticulously crafted with user experience at its core, ensuring that it was not only user-friendly but also accessible across all devices. Recognizing that a dedicated app for a single-brand loyalty program might deter users, EATLAH opted for a web-based approach. This decision eliminates the need for users to download an additional app, making it exceptionally convenient and encouraging greater participation.
The design ensures that every interaction is smooth and engaging, whether customers are checking their stamp progress while on the go or redeeming rewards during a quick visit to an Eatlah store.
