BACKGROUND

Building an online hub that supports every step of the festival journey.

Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) is one of Southeast Asia’s leading dance music festivals. Over the years, the DWP team partnered with us to shape their digital space where audiences can explore the lineup, browse merchandise, and secure their tickets. This digital hub sets the foundation for how fans first connect with the festival.

CHALLENGE

Elevating the festival’s atmosphere into a fresh, energizing digital experience.

To improve customer satisfaction and deliver a more intuitive online shopping experience, Guèle needed an e-commerce solution that reflects their refined brand identity while rewarding loyal customers. The challenge was to design and build an experience that feels smooth for users, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

VISUAL INTERFACE DESIGN

Crafting visuals that move with the festival’s energy.

We approached the challenge by elevating the website’s visual interface, using bold colors and strong contrasts to reflect the energetic character of this year’s event. We spotlight the lineup, so all the artist names grab attention, creating immediate recognition and guaranteed excitement.

A liquid-motion effect at the top of the page reinforces this energy, creating movement and setting the tone from the very first interaction.

INTERACTION DESIGN

Enhancing exploration with movements that guide and delight.

To make the browsing experience more engaging, we added subtle interactive moments throughout the website. Buttons respond with gentle movements on hover, providing a sense of feedback and presence, while smooth transitions between sections create a more fluid exploration flow.

These touches make the website feel more lively and intuitive, leaving a strong impression even before the ticket-buying journey begins.

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN

A user journey that transforms curiosity into action.

For many visitors, the website is the first step of their festival journey. Beyond presenting information, we designed the experience to guide users from feeling excited, to exploring the lineup, to navigating toward ticket and merchandise purchases.

A live countdown is placed at the top of the page to support quick scanning and build anticipation. No matter where users scroll, the ticket button remains accessible, allowing them to take action at any moment.

The layout prioritizes key information festival-goers care about most, making it easier to understand what the event offers and how to participate.
