Compass® has always stood for craftsmanship and authenticity.
But as imitation products flooded online marketplaces, many loyal customers unknowingly purchased fakes. To protect their community and rebuild trust, we partnered with Compass® to build a digital system that safeguards authenticity and enhances the customer experience.

Transforming authenticity from a promise into an experience.
Moving into a more elevated positioning meant Kahf had to rethink not only how the brand was perceived, but also how it was experienced. Since each bottle was designed to connect directly to a microsite, the challenge was to make this tap-to-digital interaction feel elevated and naturally integrated into the customer experience.

One tap, absolute certainty.
To address the issue of counterfeits, Compass® introduced an NFC feature in each pair to help users verify product authenticity. Then, we helped extend that innovation into a seamless digital experience through the MyCOMPASS app. The app lets users scan and verify their shoes in seconds, ensuring every pair is genuine and protected.
For us, this was about designing trust through interaction, turning a simple tap into a moment of reassurance. Behind it lies a seamless integration of hardware, mobile interface, and backend verification designed to scale as the brand grows.
Giving ownership a digital dimension.
Beyond authenticity, we designed a feature that allows users to claim ownership of each pair. Once verified, the product is added to their digital collection within the app, creating a personal archive of every Compass® they own. This experience turns customers into collectors, deepening brand loyalty through a sense of pride and continuity that lives both physically and digitally.
Rewarding loyalty through seamless automation.
To strengthen customer retention, we integrated the Tada Loyalty Program into Guèle’s
e-commerce experience. Each purchase contributes directly to the user’s loyalty points, providing a simple and rewarding shopping journey.
This feature enhances the overall experience by making loyalty effortless and encouraging repeat engagement, helping Guèle build lasting relationships with its customers.

Extending authenticity into lasting care.
We know how much Compass® shoes mean to their owners. That’s why we helped Compass® expand its ecosystem with Compass® Warranty, a feature built to keep every journey going and ensure it never stops because of damage or defects.
Through the app, users can submit and track warranty claims with ease. Behind the scenes, we also developed the backend dashboard that enables the Compass® team to validate, monitor, and update claims efficiently. By integrating the customer interface with the internal system, we created a seamless flow that strengthens transparency and trust.
